This is a discussion piece on where I think the market is going with content, content planning and how we can progress our own product to give us cut-through. My view is that customer journeys on their own aren’t enough. I think that content engagement will increasingly be about interactions that have functionality, logic, and flow rather than static pieces of content, regardless of the format or the journey we try to take people on.

As producer, it’s my job to make the interview subject feel comfortable and help them give their best performance. Here are some more helpful tips if you’re going to be on-camera in the future. Before the Interview Review the goals of your interview. What do you want the audience to come away with after watching the video? Pick the top three points and focus on them during the chat.
